Oh God, Where are You Now?

This is an overpass in Norwalk, CT. Since there is almost no traffic on the road above or below, I have to assume that this fence was designed to keep people from jumping (hence the title). The color is from some neon lights and the sun reflecting off a bright red building behind the camera.
The photo’s composition is better rotated 90 degrees to the left, but then the perspective is warped. This photo reminds me of this shot, one of my favorites ever.
