This is a pretty straightforward shot of one amazing animal feeding in a meadow in the Bong Duet National Park.

Song of the Day: Andrew Bird - Anonanimal
Yes, Andrew Bird may be the most prolific visitor to my ”Song of the Day” feature. But he deserves it - this song is amazing. I must admit that before I ever heard it one of my closest friends had told me many times that this song would blow my mind… and it did. First of all, it’s like three stellar mini-songs in one larger epic song, and one of those mini-songs is about a fish-eating anemone. I mean, seriously… To a marine science geek like me that nearly earns it song of 2009 in January. No doubt in my mind, Andrew Bird is a genius.

i like the timelessness of it though.. nice work.. :)

Great composition; the way the hillside curves really directs your eye toward the elephant...

  • Below the Rim
