Hazy

Justin Gallagher

November 13th, 2006

This is a scene that I have photographed numerous times before, including here, here and here. Each time, it has been under pretty different weather and lighting conditions. It’s interesting that if you just keep your eyes open, the same scene, from the same angle, can yield several photo opportunities. It was unseasonably warm in the city on Saturday, when this latest shot was taken. Apparently, the warm weather led to some hazy skies. Luckily, it also led to some time hanging out in the park.

Great soft lightning and composition.

I really like the depth the haze adds to the shot. I made this shot the shot of the day over at my blog!

Very atomospheric image with the haze. I love the vertical perspective you took here.
