Since Tully exhibited one of his Weekly Shot images, I suppose I’ll post one of mine too. This was taken in Central Park. This particular portion of the park has a bunch of Elm trees with crazy curving branches. I have a few more shots of these trees, which I’ll probably post in the near future.

Is the comments page broken? How could this image not get any comments? I love the way the eye is drawn into the image even though there is only one part in focus. It also provides a feeling of comfort from the overhanging branches, while the desaturated feel simultaneously makes it feel slightly creepy. Excellent.
