Distant Ridgelines

The clouds over Catalina were incredible on Saturday. It left the island in a silhouetted haze, which gave the island such amazing depth from ridge to ridge. I haven’t seen ridges draped so dramatically since I was in the North Cascades when I was sixteen.

Song of the Day: The A-Sides - We’re the Trees
I am shamelessly piggybacking off of Music for Ants on this one. This song sounds like a mixture of some of my favorite bands, from Rogue Wave to Rilo Kiley. It is upbeat indie pop/rock at its best, and the other song Music for Ants posted is awesome as well. Highly recommended.

Beautiful.
